Abstract

Optimasi jembatan rangka baja memerlukan pencarian desain yang ringan tanpa mengurangi kinerja struktur. Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka optimasi otomatis dengan mengintegrasikan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Python, dan SAP2000 Application Programming Interface (API) untuk bentang 40, 50, dan 60 m. Variabel desain mencakup geometri, penampang, dan topologi, sedangkan fungsi objektif berupa minimisasi berat baja dengan batasan kinerja struktural. Validasi respons struktur dilakukan melalui perbandingan SAP2000 dan OpenSees. Hasil akhir menunjukkan berat bentang 40 m turun dari 69,50 menjadi 66,39 ton atau 4,47%. Konfigurasi deck truss komposit 50 m menghasilkan 56,57 ton, setara pengurangan 41,29% terhadap acuan 96,35 ton. Konfigurasi komposit 60 m menghasilkan 93,09 ton, setara pengurangan 26,94% terhadap acuan 127,42 ton. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa PSO efektif sebagai kerangka eksplorasi desain, sedangkan aksi komposit memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada efisiensi bentang menengah dan panjang. Ketersediaan profil baja dan berat sambungan tetap memerlukan verifikasi sebelum desain diterapkan sebagai rancangan final.
